In mid 14 century Ginger was known as Gingiber from old English and Gingiber known by Medieval Latin… in Arabic its called Zangabil where it’s used in hot beverage with Green Chinese tea. Many names all around Europe, America and Far East and so on but the benefits of Ginger are the same everywhere even if the names changes from place to place but  we all agree that Ginger benefits are energizing and very useful .


Let’s start by the first Ginger benefit:
One of the most known Ginger benefit is it helps stoke a dull appetite and this by eating fresh Ginger just before lunch.
The other benefit of Ginger is that it improves the absorption of essential nutrients in the whole body.
And one of the most important benefits of Ginger is for those with a pesky sinus problems, it clears the micro-circulatory channels of the body.Ginger is good for airsickness and nausea.
Ginger helps reducing flatulence.
Floating some Ginger essential oil into bath helps reducing joints and muscles pain.
Munching Ginger helps reducing tummy moaning and groaning under cramps.
Also one of Ginger benefits is reducing nausea effects after operation just by chewing some half an hour before.
Stirring up some Ginger tea with a bit of honey to get rid of throat and nose congestion.
Last but not least by adding a gingery punch to a vaporisator gives you a fresh scent in your home or office.



One last advice to cool your summer time, why don’t you try my own recipe of Ginger Drink:
Add Ginger to your juice by squeezing one lemon plus one apple plus a few mint leaves and finally finish it by adding crushed ice. This will refresh your summer days and cool down your endless summer nights.

Also you can add Ginger to Basmati rice plus some chopped garlic and green chilies and some fresh cilantro. The flavor and the fragrance will drive you nuts.
Finally to make a great aphrodisiac don’t forget to mix Ginger and Ginseng together and you will never be the same; you will never ever feel sexual fatigue, instead a revitalizing effect will sweep you away; in Arab medicine, the presence of Gingerols, which target fertility by increasing the volume of sperm production and by improving sperm mobility.

In America scientist has found that Ginger is one of the many Cancer treatment just by keeping tumors from developing and that by doing a few experiments on animals, preliminary results shows the slowing tumor growth effect, but it’s too early to get the final results and we sure don’t if the anti-tumor cancer cells effects are the same in human cancer cells.Now after talking about Ginger benefits we surely didn't forget to mention few possible Ginger side effects, such as:
Having too much Ginger may cause rash for certain people or other individuals with gallstones may sense adversely effects.And there is one more suggestion that Ginger may affect people with blood pressure, clotting, and heart rhythms.

And now how about some Ginger dessert well yes , simply add sugar to the root of ginger and cooked slowly by stirring from time to time just like making homemade jam with any other fruit and the result will be a tasty crystallized Ginger also known by candy Ginger. You should try it.

let's talk about Ginger pickles; the young Ginger rhizomes, very juicy and fleshy with a very mild taste.
How do we prepare it?


By boiling water and adding vinegar and salt to the Ginger slices in the jar, you get Ginger pickles.
