I want to discuss with you the history of the healing power of the garlic.
The Egyptians believed that garlic was Devine and able to support the effort of the pyramid builders and helped preventing them from curses and diseases.
That’s why the king of Egypt Cheops has engraved a clove of garlic at the top of the largest pyramid in Giza.

You can add yogurt to this recipe. (That’s optional)




And that how Lebanese people, have a breakfast rich in water, 9% fat and 24% proteins plus phosphor potassium chlorine and iron to start your day with a high boosted energy.

As for detoxification, garlic triggers the human body liver by releasing toxins from the body, also while at the same time it protects the liver from any harm.
Garlic is great as home remedies for various infections such as: coughs, nasal congestion, earache, warts, and also skin infection especially if u have been sting by a bee.

Always choose firm and mostly dry bulbs when using garlic for cooking.
After cutting or crushing the garlic let it sit for about fifteen to twenty minutes so it stimulates the enzymes and increases compounds.
