What are the health benefits of Avocados?

Avocados contain high Fruit Oil content which is a valuable Energy source.
And also contain high quantity of Iron, Protein, Potassium and Fat.
Avocados are high in iron, they helps in Regeneration of Blood and prevention of Anemia.
If you suffer from Digestive System Disorders; Avocados are excellent food remedy in acute digestive disorders. Its blandness is comforting to the Hypersensitive surface of the stomach and its abundant vitamins reanimate the inflamed and crippled cells.

The Avocados are full of fiber and are associated with helping to lower cholesterol and Boost your Energy. Try them sliced up with some tomato slices, or added into salad.

Now let's talk about how can we make Guacamole Sauce.

Guacamole, is an avocado-based dip that originated with the Aztecs in Mexico. its a tasty sauce can be served with Nachos.
I will learn you how to make the perfect Guacamole Sauce and enjoy it with your friends.
Ingredients
3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Guacamole Sauce
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced

In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat. Drain, and reserve the lime juice, after all of the avocados have been coated. Using a potato masher add the salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash. Then, fold in the onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve. Enjoy ;)
