What is Omega-3?
The Omega-3 is a polyunsaturated fatty acid also called
fatty acids present in beans, flaxseeds,
walnuts and the large amounts is in the fatty fish such as fresh salmon,
mackerel, anchovies, sardines and tuna.

, Omega 3 tablets, Omega 3 pills,
Omega 3 capsules especially for people who cannot get through a
naturally balanced diet.
A deficiency of
Omega-3 can lead to problems of chronic
inflammation, a weakened immunity, important cardiovascular problems and even
neurological.
It is therefore a powerful regulator and deficiency causes a
malfunction of the whole body and general body weakness.
The excess intake of Omega-3 can cause bleeding problems
such as hemophilia, and a drop in blood sugar in diabetics.
